I'm used to using a PC.

And I think I accidentally deleted the out-going server number by mistake on my work computer. Now I can't send emails. My boss is away and will go mad if I have mucked it up. Errrrrrh help!

what email programme are you using?
And what mail provider?

though you could just try the same number/name as the incoming server to start with, it's not uncommon for them to point to the same physical machine (or machines) even though they have different names.
You will be able to check what the outgoing mail server (SMTP) is from one of your colleagues at work. If you tell us which Email prog you have have we can point you to where they have it stored
Assuming the OP is able to log onto a colleagues computer, but yes fair point mil :)
I was thinking the colleague might help. Don't want to be giving away personal passwords!
