Email Sound Notifier

* Make sure Gmail Notifier is installed.
* Select Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.
* Choose Sounds and Audio Devices.
o If you can't see this item, click Switch to Classic View in the left pane.
* Go to the Sounds tab.
* Select the desired sound for New Mail Notification.
o To disable audio notification, choose (none).
* Click OK.
I have followed all of these instructions,made sure that apply & ok are ticked, but still no sound when new message comes in, where am I going wrong ?
