Can anyone help please?

Tried to clean printer heads, printer now says that there is a paper jam.

However, having opened all bits that can open I can't see any paper anywhere.
I have tried turning it off, unplugging it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

I don't know if your model is the same as the F4580 but if you turn it OFF there is a panel on the rear of the printer which comes off. If your paper goes in at the front then this panel is the one that bends the paper over at the rear of the printer so that it then comes out at the front again.
This is probably where your paper is scrunched up.
If you go to the HP web site and search for your printer then follow the trail to trouble shooting, paper jams, etc it will show you the door at the back of the printer where your paper will probably be.
There's even a video to show you how to do it.
Hope this helps.
Well??? Any news yet???

sorry for no answer wak.

followed all steps on hp website, (no paper in machine at all, I was loading it after I had turned it on, paper jam came up before paper went through), website said it was a software fault and to get it serviced.
It was cheaper to buy a new printer!!
No problem Chickadee. Bet you didn't get another HP, did you??
I think they refine them so much that you only need a slight kink in the paper and it jams.
Better luck with the new one, Chick.
Wak.
