Hi all

My printer is not working, the light is on so it is not faulty. How do I update the drivers?

Either install your software again or google Updating Home Printer Drivers

Few things to check before that tho, yes?
Paper Jam
Default printer switched to another one that's not installed any more, or switched to something else.
Virtual port switched off if USB printer ...
