Not sure what you want to do here.
Do you have lots of pictures on one computer that you want to move to another perhaps newer computer?
Or do you want to send pictures stored on your computer to another person or group of people via email?
If you just want to email a picture to someone then you go into your email program and "attach" a picture to the email.
