Hi, when i close down my laptop i get SSMMgr.exe, how can i clear this please?

Do you have a samsug printer?
It's the status monitor that tells you when the inks are low, either uninstall all the samsung software and reinstall it, or click start > run, type msconfig into the run box, then click on the startup tab and remove the tick from next to SSMMgr.exe in the list, click OK and restart the computer.
