trouble with bt - incredimail

I changed to a new modem yesterday and have to re-install all my programs. My files I saved on my external drive. Now I experience problems with getting back my incredimail program. BT my broadband supplier, flatly refuse to help. I have run incredimail for years without trouble and now BT tells me in order to get it back I have to pay a MONTHLY fee of £8 in order to use. They more or less force me to use yahoo only. I have been on the help of incredimail and followed their instructions to send and receive mail but it did not help. Anyone else runs this e-mail program (incredimail) through BT? Please help to to get it back.

I'm gobsmacked. Why on earth would changing your modem necessitate you re-installing all your programs?
But look on the bright side - all your e-mail recipients are going to be really pleased that you've stopped using Incredimail, a program whose sole purpose seems to be to expand the size of a typical e-mail from 1 or 2 KB to 3 or 4 MB

agree with rojosh, there really is no need to be using incredimail at all.
