Is there a program that i could use to create 1 desktop picture from 2 different pictures, for example i would like to cut 2 different objects from 2 pictures and paste on a new background.

Most good photo editing software will do this ... try to work in bitmap format (.bmp)
I use Coral Paint Shop Pro. Look around for free Photo editing program.

If you don't want to do anything too fancy, MS Paint which comes free with your PC can do this.
