Print problem on Answerbank

Why can't I print an Answerbank web page? When I get an answer to a question it would be sometimes be helpful to have a print -out of an answer for future reference.

I've never had a problem. Are you using print screen or file print. The latter is what i use.

I can do it on 'Print screen' but 'file print' only prints out a blank page with a 'On all Pay' logo at the top left.

Try selecting the text, then going File > Print > Selection, which would send text to be printed rather than requesting the whole web site.

You could also "Subscribe to question".  Then if you lose your print-out, you can find the page again via My Details and My Profile.

Thanks for the suggestions but it was my printer that was at fault. All OK now.
