Why, oh why, do I constantly get "Sorry, we are unable to sign you in to Virgin Media.com due to Code 1-90201 when I try to sign in to my e-mail? This has been a right bug-bear for months and would much appreciate help. TIA

Have you tried phoning them to ask ?

Unless it's your main email address I wouldn't bother. I check mine about every 6 months or so just to delete the junk mail, Still haven't worked out how I get junk mail sent to an address I have never been used.
