Help...my taskbar has gone to right of desktop and driving me mad; how do I bring it back to bottom of screen? ta ;)

just tried that hc4361....with left & right click but it wont budge....any more ideas, please?

right click, select unlock taskbar (if needed) and then drag with left click.
