its always fully charged use it wen its plugged in all the time. im thinking its some sort of virus because wen i scanned it it said theres a virus on te volume. is that possible if so how do i get rid of it???

Try to reinstall you sound driver.
What model you have?

Are you thinking that because it mentions virus in the volume, that it means something to do with sound? If so, this isn`t the case.
A virus in the volume does mean you have a virus, but it doesn`t mean sound volume.
The virus is likely to be in system restore.
