Burning AVI Movie to DVD - Best Software?

I've always used VSO ConvertX to DVD for making AVI movies suitable to watch through dvd player/tv.
Anyone use anything they find better? I find it fairly slow, prob my PC but I wonder if any software does it quicker?

You may try this disc creator. I always use it to burn AVI video to DVD to play on my home DVD Player, it works pretty well for me. And here is a guide about how to use it
