Why is it everytime I go to print a document or picture the printer starts then I get a message on the pc saying printer jammed. The paper is`nt jammed its loose so I try again but just keep getting this message. I`ve cleaned the printer but still can`t get past this message.

printer jammed or paper jammed?
when you open the lid - does the ink swing in to position?

if paper - you need to look for paper or other rubbish trapped in the rollers
