Copying DVDs

I want to copy a DVD- not a bought one, but a home movie. I have Real player and Windows Media Player, and itunes but have no clue how to do it! Can anyone help?

do you have a copying programme like nero ?
If your pc has a dvd burner it should have come with dvd burning software.

Mine is NTI. Check under start - all programs.
Pointless installing yet another program if you have just the thing to do the job already.

Can you see anything?

I don't have Nero - my old version of Nero wouldn't load on Vista. I can't see anything in my program list- but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for!
