i tried to set up an outlook express account and sent an e-mail off.However it came back as error because it cannot find pop3 or hmtl server.What are the settings to establish a link to e-mail

That is a different thing altogether.

Who is your email client? Why comes after the @ in your email address

Set up a new email address with GoogleMail.
Follow instructions on how to set up Outlook Express.
This has the added benefit that if you ever have to change your Internet service Provider, you do not have to change your email address along with the added inconvenience of having to inform all an sundry.
