I have a Serge-Protection Muti-Socket for my Computer and equipment it incorparates 2 Telephone sockets 1 in from BT line & 1 out to my computer at what point do i put the ASDL Filter.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Bob,
Your ASDL filter should look like a mouse, mine does, the lead part fits directly into your BT socket, then plug your phone line in one of the sockets and your PC modem cable into the other...hope it makes sense....

Spot on noknowledge! I had a bet on this horse just liked the name of it and he won! Many moons ago now....

SORRY Bob, I could not help you further just going on my own exp of my ASDL filter....hope you find the answer...
i know Serge Protection he's the Russian guy that lives round the corner!!!

to make full use of your Serge Protection (sic) run a lead from the wall socket to the phone in on the surge protector then plug the filter into the out, then phone goes into phone socket on ADSL filter and computer lead into the ADSL socket.
