Assuming you have XP and a cd writer:

Put a blank disk in the cd drive.
Open My Pictures and click on the photo you want. In the left hand task pane click 'copy to cd'.
You can copy all of the photos by clicking 'edit' and 'select all'. You can untick some if you don't want to copy them.
Then click copy to cd.

Put the cd with pictures in the other computer - you should get a little window pop up asking what you want to do. Click 'copy pictures to a folder on my pc' and follow the prompts.

Thank you, Ethel. I assume you mean a blank dvd and not a cd. Is that right?
A cd or dvd will do.

I have XP and a writer, but when I put in the blank cd and clicked on a picture ,there was no prompt about " copying to cd."
Is the picture in 'my pictures' and did you look at the left hand panel after clicking the picture?
I agree with Denis, there is no ref to `copy etc to cd ` Ethel.
There is an option to copy to cd, as Ethel says, in the left hand column.

Trish, I wish there was, and we wouldn,t be having this conversation, but there isn,t.
there is on mine too... did you click on a picture first? I don't think the Copy option appears until you do
Right click your mouse, then you would see the different options.
