My Epson has accepted and is happily using a "compatible" black cartridge but absolutely refuses to work with the compatible cyan cartridge.
The supplier of the compatibles advises to answer "yes" when told "this is not an Epson product".
However the only allowable responses to click are "replace" or "quit", neither of which allows use of the printer.
There has to be a way round this. If only I knew how!
Would be grateful for any help
