Is there a way one can transfer files from one computer to another that are wireless connected, without the need to copy the file to a memory device? and then pasting the file from the device to the other computer.

Yes - you can share files across a network easily. This is how for windows xp

Don't forget all Pcs connected need to be on the same workgroup

My computer >right click >properties>computer name change workgroup to the same for each computer and restart

Don't forget also to rigth click each folder to be shared and follow instuctions on the link above

Why not buy an external hard drive which you can share via a PC ?
