Image DPI

Im looking to put an image on a t shirt for a friends birthday, the site says a min of 120 dpi and the image currently has 96dpi, how do i increase its dpi pls?

You can't... you need to get the image in a higher quality from the beginning. Increasing the dpi would mean creating new parts of the image from nowhere.
