a trojan has wiped out all my system 32 and so can't run most programs on my old er computer is there a good download to fully restore factory settings ? i dont have the original disc to just recover or restore

you need a windows installation cd. Thats the only program that will restore your system32 folder

Try using a file recovery utility such as
PC inspector File recovery.Might restore it but otherwise use Windows installation cd.
