Hi Can anyone advise me regarding the spacebar on my Acer laptop not working properly - I must hold it down for seconds before it will give me a space ...help!!

I bet you have some crumbs trapped under it.

If you have a can of compressed air, try giving the keyboard a squish.

Failing that, switch it off, hold it upside down and gently shake.
