I have set my laptop keyboard to usa and not uk settings. do you know how I can change this.

Go into control panel
Regional and Language
Regional options
Customize

If thats not it im sure it in there some where just make sure there all on uk settings

A quick way is to hold down the left hand CTRL and left shift and prtscn.
