Hi all, i have an e.mail account with NTL / VIRGIN, besides my main identity i have 2 other identities, 1 my wife uses & the other my son used to use, he has now left home, i wish to delete the i.d he was using, unfortunatly he has lost the book he kept hias password in. can anyone tell me how i can delete it without the password. thanks

It would be easier that's if your using outlook express
Go into your email then at the top left mouse click Tools / accounts then highlight your sons e mail address and left mouse click Remove. You wont get any emails then that was addressed to your son.
