I recently had to take my Laptop for repair because of a virus, when I got it back I could'nt get Microsoft Word ,Clipart, Wordart or the automatic form filler. Can anyone give me any tips on how to restore these please.

Either the virus or the repair has probably corrupted the installation. You will need to reinstall Microsoft Office.
