pc closes down blue screen then restarts

I was trying to keep pc clean, and bug free, ran trend micro check and removed what it recommended in red. In yellow had 2 x ms ????. and looked up the numbers on google and it said down load this ?which I did then reran trend mico and came up all ok .
The next day started pc under my log on name and it did the above close-down, (blue screen)but under a different logon name pc starts up all ok, and there's now no more restore points to go back to .1 out of 10 restarts it will start on my logon ok . Any ideas??thanks, from bill who ballsed it up!!!!
