Missing letter W on msn

When i'm using msn messenger the letter W is missing when I type it, but the person who i'm chatting with can see it. Has anyone any ideas as to how I can get my letter W back. Thanks in advance.

its possibly got a emoticon assigned to it, when your on a conversation window, click on the :) smileu face then on "more" find the emoticon assigned to W and "unpin" it
