What is the difference between uploading and downloading?Ta!

You download from the web to your pc. Or from a device such as a digital camera to pc.

You upload from your pc to the web.


Download to pc, upload from it.

Im sure i read somewhere that over time the true definitions have been lost and that downloading is sending stuff from your pc and uploading is receiving stuff on your pc ie defintions have been swapped.

Just to clarify,I didnt say that Ethel was wrong I pointed out that Im sure I read that defintions have been lost & reversed over time.
