You can increase your spam filter ( think it's in the options somewhere once you're signed into hotmail).
sadly though it's just spam, so there's not a huge amount you can do. sign up to www.spamgourmet.com (it's free), and use it whenever you need to sign up somewhere that you think you may get spam from.
