I have just got a more recent edition of Publisher, and can't create an empty picture frame. The Help facility gives me instructions as to what to do, but Publisher doesn't let me do it. Also, Publisher won't let me Group objects, even though it tells me how to do it. Also, in the old Publisher, I used to be able to move my pictures about. lNow I can't. Is there something wrong with my software, or am I doing something wrong?
