Starmer Condemns Israel's Plan To Take...
News2 mins ago
My friend sent me a photo of a rat caught in a trap in a tree at her house. At least that's what it looked like. Then she was like "time to get my bb gun they like to go on the BBQ". Im pretty sure she was serious because when we were younger, she shot and killed a rat. Im worried because I know its inhumane to shoot a rat with a bb gun, because it doesn't have enough power. Im afraid that If I tell her not to, the she'd get upset with me, so id rather keep my mouth shut, but I'd feel kinda bad. I dont even know what to say.

I wouldn't use a gun of any kind as that's barbaric, but there are various poisons you can buy in most hardware shops.
Lymes disease is not spread by rats, Quenched. It is spread by ticks.
Yes, you can get diseases from contact with rats or their urine (Weils disease and others) but it is relatively rare.
The issue with rats is the damage they do if one observes sensible hygiene.
Shooting them with an appropriate weapon is not barbaric. Poison is far more barbaric and can impact other wildlife.
I agree that a BB gun may not be effective (point blank to the skull might work), but this OP often posts odd questions along similar lines. She is not the only one who is repetitive and sometimes forgets her own backstory.
