Tingling In My Shoulder. Pins And Needles Like !!

For a couple of months now I have been getting " Pins and needle" like tingling in one shoulder. I am fairly old (79)and have not been doing owt to hurt my shoulder but it aint going away and I do not do any remedials on it Anyone have any ideas what it is before I rush off to the Doctors.  Thanks Chris

Hi what is your posture like? Do you sit at a desk or on the sofa for long periods? Or do you stand for long periods?
 

If you are in the same position/doing the same thing for longer than 30 mins Id look into improving this first.
