By asking ths question I'm not wanting, in any way, to try to whitewash the wicked at the Post Office or Fujitsu.

It did not create money, faults in the software caused the whole fiasco. Money extorted from innocent postmasters was put in a suspense account (that alone should have rang alarm bells) and eventually became part of the PO profits.

Let me rephrase. Every shot of the computer in the TV film which showed a monetary amount was about a deficit. Did Horizon ever exhibit an increase?
