1. Stop your son kicking his ball over the fence. Find him another place to kick his football about.
2. Increase the height of the dividing fence still more.
3. Try to put your questions, in the future, in a clearer manner.
Go play football or cricket in the park.
Introduce your son(s) to badminton or table tennis.
:-)
No offence meant, but I tend to agree with those above. The neighbours ought not experience stress simply because their neighbours are playing football in an unsuitable space, aka the garden. Either he keeps the football at ground level, not kicking it against the fence, or better still, find a football pitch away from residential properties where he can better develop his skills.
Find him a club to join where he can play sport with his peers, learn new skills and not disturb anyone.
Seems to me you've tried your best at least for the time being.

Do teach him how to take penalties unless he want's to be on a bloopers out take reel in the future.
I'd be nervous too if I had a conservatory and the neighbours weren't able to keep their footballs low. Can you move the goalposts to somewhere without windows behind them?
Make them play football in the park. Nothing more annoying than bang bang bang on the fence all the time. And l am talking about a football ABers..
