Well I do think it all comes out- thanked a friend of a friend last night for a birthday card and she asked me how things were going regarding my piano lessons. In the eventual call she was able to tell me how my teacher said I was a very impatient pupil. Now what can you say. don't get me wrong he is lovely but I am/was never impressed with confidentiality.
Oh my god Connie are you the serial murderess that is presently in court ?
In the good old days of Hospital Inspections ( yes we had Hospital Inspections and standards werent too bad but administrators found them oppressive !!! and they were stopped by act of parliament by Alan Milburn Car and Standards Act 2003 ) we had to report either crimes or torts we were told about. Usually harassment - and the first thing was to say to the complainant - look you have told us you are being harassed - we HAVE to do something about it....
after a prolonged discussion o the lines of look you have told us, why cant you let us tell the admin - she said yeah
and the admin said - oh yeah we know all about that !
and we said limply - er she thinks you dont....
If you go into A+E having been stabbed you can try (er that would be have a stab at...) telling the staff they cant report it. But they are obliged to by law....similarly for shot gun injuries....
are you planning to have any of these... ?
