Try "control print screen", then you can paste the page into Paint, and save as a JPEG. You can then open it up in Photoshop. There may well be an easier way but this way was recommended by Indiesinger and works for me!
You can grab as much or as little of a web site using something like QuadSucker/Web available at http://www.quadsucker.com/quadweb/ which is very good. You point it at the URL you want, then it saves all the elements of the web page, plus it can also follow the links on the page and save them as well.
You could save a few linked pages off something like BBC News, edit the text in Frontpage or Dreamweaver, doctor the photos in Photoshop, then as long as you don't change any of the filenames, copy the whole thing to a CD and it should still work like the real thing!
In fact, you could use something like Browsercall from http://www.ashzfall.com/products/autorun/browsercall.htm l to make the CD autorun when it's put into the new machine, maximizing the impact of your handiwork.
