Does anyone know of a reliable outlet to buy a recovery disk for my Acer Aspire Z6510?

It is not available from the Acer site.

Isn't there a built-in recovery image you can use?
Try pressing ALT_F10 at boot time.

I want the disk that will put the pc back in to default state, as it was when I bought it, in case of hard drive failure.

I did make the disc when I bought the machine but it has been lent out and not returned.

I can't make another disc unless I reset the machine to factory default, which I don't really want to do at this stage.
Are you sure you can't create a second recovery disk?

have a look on the start menu for Acer Empowering Technology then click erecovery management

I've tried that, Chuck.
