M y grandson has bought a game online but when he comes to download ,it..won`t.keeps getting "bad video card driver"
What can be done about this?

discipline the video card driver?

If that doesn't work then you could try giving any useful details to go on, such as what the game is and the make and model of your computer and what version of windows you're running.
