I've just watched the Hard Rock calling programm that I recorded a while back, and Paul McCartney really is the embarassing uncle who has had one drink too many and doesn't know when it is time to leave the party. His duet with Bruce Springsprong was excruciating and I can only commend those who pulled the plug.

I agree

Glad to hear it Mrs O, but I await the backlash from the Beatles fan club who seem to think it is still the 1960's.
I haven't seen this program Duncer, but going on the last two events that I have seen him perform then I agree with what you say.

I'll come with you. I wouldn't exactly say I disliked them, but I never got what all the fuss was about.
He is well and truly past his sell-by date. Just awful! I can't imagine why no one close to him has gently suggested he give up singing in public.
oops ...*has not gently suggested.
Do you have any cards Duncer? We could have a quiet game of strip poker behind the settee

I'd suggest that someone forcefully suggests he packs it in and takes his dyed mop-top on a long, song-free holiday.

Can I change my mind about the best answer? I'm off to the shop to get a packet of cards right now.
whts with the weird hair colour ,he's kidding noone he's a sad old git trying to look hip and looking a total plonker , and yes he should stop singing in public
But he used to be so good.

That was then though, Tilly. Not so good these days though imo.
I agree, Tony.
I never liked them either. Nor the Rolling Stones. Any room behind that settee Mrs. O. I'm only little, honest. I think to a large extent it is hype and everyone jumping on the band-wagon so that they are not regarded as 'square' or in today's idiom 'non-cool'.
Never did like him and never was a big Beatles fan. There have been far better groups and much better musicians. Have respect for John Lennon and exclude George from my statement. He stood out from the rest musically and with his song writing ability in my opinion.

Yesterday was a one off and a lovely song.
Love the Rolling Stones Starby!! Good band based on old Rhythm and Blues. They have definitely stood the test of time.
Perhaps it was Mick Jagger, then. He is not exactly handsome is he? Rich though, so that makes up for quite a bit.
