Can anyone recomend a dongle that....

will let me watch about 2 hours of normal stream tv a day?Or where to compare prices,I just am not sure of the name of what I am looking for,for example,does watching TV count as downloading or browsing?
The reason I ask is I want to watch the TV on my netbook when the house broadband is either switched off or getting hogged so the TV is jerky and unwatchable,so OH thought maybe I should get my own.I dont mind PAYG or monthly contract,whichever will suit.

Not going to happen.
For example one hour of watching iPlayer takes about 700MB of data to be downloaded, so to watch 2 hours a day for a month would require about 42GB of data to be downloaded.
PAYG dongles give you 1GB of use for about £20, so to watch Iplayer for two hours a day on a dongle is going to cost you about £840
Even taking the cheapest I can find, which is O2 at £15 for 3GB a week it's going to cost you about £50 a week, or £200 a month
(and that would assume a dongle would even give you enough speed to watch streaming)
(oh, and anything you can see or hear on your computer from the internet is downloading)
