Window Explorer

I want to find out which Windows Explorer I am using on my desktop, ie., is it 6, 7 or 8 etc. Any information of how to get this would be appreciated.

Ermmm, I think you mean internet explorer....

Click on help > about internet explorer (if you can't see the help menu press alt)

I don't think there are versions of Windows Explorer, except for the different versions of Windows - 7, Vista, XP etc.

Do you mean Internet Explorer (IE)?

I think you are talking about internet explorer. For knowing which are you using for that.
You first open the internet explorer
Then go to the help menu, in that select about internet explorer.
Then it gives you information which one you are using.
