If these .swf files are ones that you have created, you will have access to the developer files or the developer assets used to make the final .swf movie.

.swf is a type of file format designed to protect the assets and the coding that went into making the final movie. These are valuable to developers, and so accessing them without a developer's knowledge and permission is tantamount to theft.
