It's Thursday morning and it's just a little cooler this morning. Looks like summer is over for another year then!

Been up tonight with nightmares so glad it's getting light, but generally well thanks:)

Just happen occasionally I know I'm best to avoid sleeping til morning otherwise they'll be there all night, so I tend to read or prowl about the internet:) I'll have a sleep when it's properly light, they don't seem to happen then which is weird because I'm not at all afraid of the dark.lol

That's often the case NOX. That's why they are called nightmares. Rarely do they manifest in daylight.

Hi again, nox, are you on any medication?, only sometimes sleeplessness and nightmares are a side effect.

Any news of Albs by the way?......no association between these two thoughts... xx lol

Hi Noraq no, no meds ' my body is a temple' lol:)
I do have a very old brain injury which I've always kind of attributed it to and it happens if I sleep alone...:(

I am locked out of my Email account and I can't remember my password.I went through the rigamaroll of recovering the account and they have sent me a new one by Email!!....but...see...I can't access my Email...Grrrrrrrrrr
