problems with Saving Pictures from the Web and even the Apotheosis from Ed

IE9, Microsoft on Asus PC.

Every time recently that I go to save a picture from the web or just now trying a saving as target for the Apotheosis for sending onto my Kindle, I get a warning message with an exclamation mark on a yellow background, the message saying (name of the file) and "No More Files"

What is causing this?
