my OH bought me of these for xmas last year from Ideal world the shoppin channel, its been a disappointment from the start, but now it switches on, flashes once and switches straight back off again.
It needs to go back before the year's guarantee is up,but I cant find the manual or any paperwork, who do I complain to, surely not Ideal World in India ?
help appreciated.
