Thanks gingejbee, but everytime I try to download a box appears telling me that MSE is still running on my PC but when I try to use it, another box appears stating it can`t be found. It`s driving me nuts.

I think I may have got through to them, as it is downloading, but the window says it`s taking 2hrs and 8mins to download. Flipping heck!!!

Try Orbit"uninstall unwanted applications" see if MSE is listed and remove.Then re-install MSE
