A week or so ago I had problems sending e-mails (Windows XP and Outlook Express) but eventually sorted it, so all is well now. But the error message which understandably came up when the fault was there keeps coming up now, even though it no longer applies. It's easy enough to cancel it every time but irritating. How do I get rid of it?

"Unable to log on to the server.......Server error: 0x800CCC90 Error No: 0x800CCC18"

In fact it logs on without any trouble now.
Is it possible that you've created a new account that works, and left the old, non-working account in place?
