opened a new thread as I suspect you may not go back on my older one about mousemats. Just wanted to say a big thank you for the tip about opening my mouse and cleaning it - have got less gunk out of one the horse's stable - well not quite but you get my gist - the 'old, broken and no good for anything' mouse now works perfectly. Appreciate your help. stay well C
