Which App shows detailed memory use?

Is there an App for iPhone which shows the size of the other Apps? I need to free some space, but I'd rather delete a few big Apps than many tiny ones.

I don't have an i-Phone, but doesn't each app show its own size somewhere?

Thanks Chuck, but that only works if you use iTunes to download your Apps or to synch your device. I'm running standalone and have downloaded directly to the iPhone. Also it would be nice to know the total space used by each App including additional files that it has created locally.
Does anyone out there know of a suitable App?
